My experience with Dial Direct is very positive. I was very impressed with the renewal price for the following year and how easy it was to renew my new policy. I did request a hard copy of my policy, rather than having to rely going through my emails to recap on information, I haven't received a hard copy. But I would still recommend Dial Direct to insure your car. 😊
