I joint DialDirect for the past two years as they offer more competitive premiums for fully comprehensive motor cover than any other top insurance companies. Besides, its easy to contact their helpline to discuss any issues with one of their courteous and friendly staff. I cannot comment on their emergency road help or breakdown services as I haven’t used them during my cover period. I would definitely recommend dial direct for any motorist who is looking for insurance cover.
