I have only been insured with DialDirect for two years. Their premium went up from year 1 to year 2 despite the absence of any claims during the year. I queried this in their feedback form, and they halved the amount of the increase, which was welcome.
I don't have a claim history with DialDirect. I consider that to be the acid test of an insurance relationship.
So far DD seem easy to get in touch with and to deal with.
