It took 5 months to send someone out to look at my claim to be told my claim was declined as the leak was prolonged!!!!! No communication from the company to let me know what the delay was, no contact from the company to explain why the claim was declined. Just a call from the loss adjuster to say it wasn’t approved. Poor customer service, no clear reason for the decline, now left with a load of damage I can’t repair!! Will not renew next time.
