I am happy with Dial Direct as an insurance firm as far as my experience with them goes, which is more or less zero as I haven't had to claim for anything. But this year the renewal price went up by nearly £50 for no reason that I can see .
I have not out Dial Direct anything (- as far as I remember-) so why the price hike?
