Although this was a competitive quote it was well presented. All options were clearly shown and easy to understand.
With this in mind I was able to take out more cover for my money. The customer service gave me a voucher for a free car wash after I joined not a lot but no other insurer has done anything like. I had a follow up call to ensure I had received the policy I thought I should have, a nice touch.
