I tried to change my existing insurance to a new vehicle and the new price quoted me was almost doube what I was already paying. This seems foolish to me that you do this for an existing customer. I declined your offer and took out insurance with one of your competitors for £200 less than you could offer me.
Perhaps you should make this sort of change in insurance alot cheaper if you want loyalty from your customers
