I have cancelled my policy with yourselves, but you are on insisting that I owe you money,I have cancelled the direct debit.I got an email from yourselves to say that my policy was coming to and end,but you never sent me a quote for the new policy, so I went looking for a new policy,which I found,so I went with that insurance company. Then all of a sudden I got a letter from yourselves to say that I owe you money for the new policy you had stated, so I am not willing to pay any monies to you for that month,if you want to take any further then do please so,but you are not getting any money from me.
