I have had no problems with Dial Direct. They have been very helpful when I've called. I like them that much I always hope they beat the other quotes I get and so far they are on par. I have been with them for a few years now and hope to remain with them but I'm always aware I need to look for the best price. I would like to give a massive shout out to all the hard working staff. You also make this one of the best insurers I have been with. Please keep up the good work and always make my quote the cheapest.
