The cost of my insurance had gone up, however I didn’t really get a good explanation why. I have not made any type of claim or even an accident. The only other concern, I have is the dialdirect agent was suppose to phone me, concerning the annual automatic renewal to my current policy for the following year. I did not want this feature tied into the current policy.
