Awful regarding claims process and lack of communication. Assigned Carpenters solicitors for a claim who never reply to emails or phone calls. Now being told my not at fault claim will be closed with zero compensation and I have to pay £375 in excess because the person who drove into the rear of my car has denied it despite exchanging details, photos and my medical record showing injury.
Get told different things from dial direct and from Carpenters. Very poor and have left complaints but never responded to.
