I have been with dial direct car insurance for 3yrs now as they have continued to remain competitive when I do my annual review. Their customer service is excellent. You phone and get through immediately to helpful staff who go the extra mile. E.g there was a payment issue from my side with regards to renewal, an automatic late payment change was added but kindly removed when I phoned to explain the issue with my card.
