After changing my 2.5lt Lexus for a small 1lt Fiat Panda for which I do less than 2000 miles a year, my premium all of a sudden rises by £100 a year. I only need a car to go to the hospital and supermarket, otherwise I wouldn't have a car at all.
For this privilege I have to wait in a automated telephone queue for what seemed like hours, but was actually only 1.5 hours, Your personnel were helpful, however, it was just waiting that drives you insane.
