I phoned last January and eventually got through to someone saying I didn't want my car insurance renewed as I'd found somewhere cheaper. I was checking my bank statements to do my self assessment tax and lo and behold they debited nearly £300 from my account. Got fed up waiting on the phone for 35 minutes to speak to someone again so canceled online and was refunded a measly £60.
I'm not happy at all.
