I cannot believe you've asked for a review!!!
Been with Dial Direct for the last few years, got my renewal price through, increased by over £100. Went on comparison site where guess what I could get last years price, great I thought phone them up and I save myself £100.
I speak to Dial Direct and that price is only for new customers, yet again customer loyalty counts for nothing!! BTW not with Dial Direct anymore!!!!
