I have given DD 4 stars. I approve of the reduction in price from last year. However, it is time to review this policy of charging an administration charge on top of the policy price. It is not an incentive to keeping customers, more of a punishment for loyalty. I see some of the reviews tell you this quite clearly. They feel. cheated. What is the point of having a protected NCD, then you lose a percentage of this through this very unfair admin charge. Having road breakdown assistance with RAC is a plus.
