I have been using Dial Direct for motor insurance for several years. They are consistently the cheapest and the fist insurance company I have used in a very long time where the renewal quotes, after not making a claim, have been lower than the previous years premium.
I am so pleased that I can just allow my motor insurance to roll over each year knowing I'm not being ripped off by a company that treats existing customers as cash cows.
I have had no reason to claim on my policy as yet so I cannot comment on how well (or not) they do in that situation.
