The quotation process was good but they persisted in asking for proof of NCD even though we supplied it 3 times. Then when I corrected them on a previous address that was supplied by Compare The Market, they more than doubled my premium before cancelling the policy. I requoted with the right address and it was £50.00 cheaper as expected so saw it as an opportunity to cash in.
Spoke to a social responder for Dial Direct and she upheld the huge policy increase.
They caused me huge time waste and stress and did not benefit from the business. Shambolic outfit!
