Nothing but hassle, ended up cancelling after 12 days. Would not recommend to anyone. Received multiple emails straight away all requiring instead attention. Responded to them in good time but still received the same persistent emails. I sent my Proof of no claims along with other documents more than three times to no avail. I then received 4 letters within the space of two days threatening to increase my premium if i didn't send my evidence even though id sent it three times. To cut a long story short i called up their customer services to be told we'll call you back tomorrow. Needless to say i didn't receive a call back, after which i continued to call their line 3 to 4 times to be referred to different call centres having to explain my situation multiple times and being fobbed off throughout until i had no other choice but to cancel.
When my mother was insured via Dial Direct and sadly had to make a claim through no fault of her own they did not deal with it but referred her onto 2 different insurance companies in the space of 2 days!
