I recently switched my car insurance to dial direct and have been very unhappy with the service. Dial direct have taken every opportunity to apply fees to my account and have been very unhelpful. I missed a dd and called Dial Direct on the same day to pay it over the phone and was told they only do batch processing so I will be charged a fee and have my credit rating effected.
I also sent them my proof of no claims but for weeks continued to receive post informing me of fees and loss of no claims discount. I have had to phone Dial Direct a number of times and have found their customer support to be useless!!!
Avoid this company at all costs!
