Far too many phone calls and letters for an 82 year old lady to deal with. Only took the insurance as all the hassle was making me ill. My son always helps with my insurance needs, this year I was not well and could not be bothered with all the irritations this company caused, so I just said yes. Never again I will let my son sort it out for me online.
