I obtained a quote through confused.com. Impressed by the 5* Defacto rating (!) I decided to go ahead.
I changed my mind and recontacted them to say I didn't want to go ahead.
They advised me there is a £38 fee for cancellation...even though cover didn't start until the following week!
This is shown on the policy document they sent me but it was too late by then.
The experience has left me feeling ill!
I've given 1 star as they do 'appear' to be cheap and the website is fairly easy to maneuver.
All in all a very stressful experience!
