I have to say with complete honesty .I was dubious of using dial direct...reason ...they were just so much cheaper with their quote than other on line insurance providers .I've had no issues at all with dial direct ..their web page is well settled out I fully understood what I was buying. I'm along able to manage my account on line never have to phone and listen to silly music for ages ..was able to change my car when it broke down to another car in minutes ..for me what's not to like!!
