A few months ago I experienced an issue where my car failed to start. After phoning the customer service helpline I was asked if it was ok for a new employee to take care of my issue, which I warmly welcomed. Not only was I treated in the upmost professionalism by this employee, he was also able to deal with my issue in a quick and prompt manner by scheduling an mechanic to come to my address and aid in the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service and I will definitely be renewing with elephant when I am up for renewal.
