Elephant insurance company is not great they slack customer service and plus the service is not great I do regret going with them from the beginning they say they can provide you with First class service which is a CLEAR LIE the management do not communicate with you as a customer if you have a problem when there customer support can't do much I just think I have had a bad experience with elephant until you try them you won't be able to tell for yourself overall I think they are very poor in every way!!
