Elephant/Admiral/Diamond group insurance is the worse and most terrible insurance company ever. They are only concerned about your money but very terrible in customer service. Don't use them at all. I used them for 2 terms of 24 months and when I was leaving, they caused me so much pain and destroyed my credit score for a tiny amount without sending me any email to sort it out after one month I changed to another insurer. Run away from this company.
