Mistakes in invoicing / billing left me uninsured for 10 days without my knowledge.
Elephant did correct this and restart my insurance, but it shouldn't have happened.
Renewal time came and again they ignored my call to change my address, send the renewal to an old address, leaving me (again) unisured for a few days.
Pretty bad overall and not the best price.
