My experience with elephant at the beginning of my policy wasn't particularly great. i was waiting for my insurance documents through the post after two weeks of not having them delivered, i rang you to then be told i had to print the documents off myself, this was not made clear when taking out the policy. since then i have rang up 3-4 times to just make general enquiries and i must say the customer service is very good, depending on my renewal price this year, i hope to stay with elephant
