Recieved my renewal, - prices had doubled. Renewal due to start 6th november. I called in october to inform them i did not want to renew, was told automatic renewal had be cancelled. Absolutly appalled to see a payment had come out of my bank again from them this month. I logged into my account and they have renewed my policy anyway. I am absolutly fuming.
So if this could be given a 0 star it would have been. Shocking, avoid at all cost
