"I was previously with Swinton before I found first alternative, Swinton when I changed my car over they would still charge me for outstanding balance of car insurance even when I didn't own car, I had traded in I got new car from Arnold Clarke phoned first insurance and all I had to pay was an admin fee which was totally acceptable "
