Late delivery of important car insurance documentation appalling, twice in 2 weeks, which left my wife and me not able to drive our cars.
They lied several times regarding the dispatch of the documentation advising that they had sent it only to state the following day that it had been sent on another day, Still have not received it 6 days later.
I suggest you use another insurance broker.
