I have took out a provisional insurance on my car 24 hours ago, there is not in the T&C to tell me that I have to have someone over 25 to sit next to me. I thought it was 21 years old and been driving for 3 years +.
I now need to cancel my insurance and as i can not use it now.
will i get my money refunded, if so will it be the amound i paid yesterday and then do i get charged to cancel?
I understand there is a cooling off policy, its been 24hours since insured where do i stand????
