They wanted proof of address and I was gonna supply them, asked to send me an e-mail with the details where to send it to.
In the morning i get a cancellation e-mail. I decided to cancel at that time anyways as the manner they try to SCARE the costumer with the way the e-mail are written is not acceptable. They question your integrity as if we don't know that if one gives the incorrect details the policy is void. Be AWARE, very AWARE as there is an fee of £80.00 even if the policy has not started yet. Flux Direct is a scam.
