DO NOT INSURE WITH FRESH COVER/ DAVIES GROUP! No response for days and then they finally decided not to cover my mobile phone screen damage because the mobile was a gift from my mother and not in my own name. Despite having numerous other ways of proving the mobile belonged to myself they still would not accept this and denied my claim. Terrible customer service and will find ANY tiny loophole to get out of actually honouring a policy. Disgraceful.
