I change my car after 3 months and had a nightmare getting hold of a phone number and then they were totally unhelpful and said they were an On-line company only and didn't do anything by phone. Somewhat unusual for an Insurance group.
They also took over £60 for cancelling fee so decided I'd go elsewhere - appalling NON service all round.
Would never use them again nor recommend them - but advise how bad they are!
