You can only speak to GA for 30 days after first buying a policy; after that everything had to be done online. I had problems when I changed a vehicle that they could not match on the deal database. Even if you need to complain you can only do so on line which just adds to the frustration when things are already going wrong. There should really be a person to speak to when there is a complaint that needs resolving quickly.
