I found that communication with GA was quite complicated, I eventually sorted it out and bought the policy.
However I do not like the threatening manner of the contract ie if you do not do this or fail to do that you will be subject to to a penalty of something like £56.00.
Possibly being an older motorist and not possessing 100% computer skills exacerbated the situation.
I will not be renewing with them next year.
