Our car was damaged by a General Accident policy holder pulling out of a side street and hitting us.
After more than 10 weeks my insurance have not had any communication from General Accident either confirming or denying liability. My insurers have doubled my policy premium until liability has been established. This is shocking service from General Accident. I will never use them!
I would love them to respond to me thru the email I have give them!
