It has been 4 days since my accident and I am yet to receive any form of real customer service from their organisation.
I have called in numerous times and even had one of your team members plus the phone down on me! I called today at 16:49
How can they operate as a company and mention courtesy car, yet tell me to wait 3 weeks!!
I’m an NHS key worker who needs a vehicle and on top of that I’m a carer for my elderly mother who has co-morbidity issues!
I have asked on numerous occasions to speak to someone senior and told there is no-one. How can this be?
