Dreadful customer service, mismanagement of an accident claim, incompetence including adding the record of an accident to my wife's insurance history that happened in a country she's never been to in her life and that they admitted that they think is a fraudulent claim by the other driver.
I can't encourage anyone thinking of taking out insurance with them strongly enough to use another Insurer.
