The policy has breakdown cover. When I broke down at home RAC - who run this service for GA said they had no record of us being on the system. Between calls to RAC and GA the number for whom it took quite a time to locate. In the end GA agreed to contact RAC to validate our policy. They then advised of a 2 to 3 hour waiting time for assistance.
I cancelled the call and called out a local garage - £29 call out fee for some thing I have already paid for.
I will not be renewing with them and you should be more careful who you recommend to your clients.
