I am afraid that I tapped a car at a junction doing no more than 3 miles an hour, the damage was slight, but the person in the other car still wanted to make claim.
The process was quick & easy, although on my part could be quite expensive.
But nobody was hurt & cars can be repaired, I repaired my own at my own expense.
So I hope this will be enough information for your revue.
