***TIP TO GET IN CONTACT***
I was being charged for insurance that I had cancelled, no reply after month of sending an email, and my information to speak to someone on the phone stopped being valid!
I had to get a new pretend quote with quotation number, phone the number using the new quotation number and was put through to someone, explained and everything is all sorted now :)
