Was going to renew my Policy with them for a second year but wanted to discuss some detail. On the phone you are in a permanent queue and they do not return the call as promised; I rang six times!!! I tried emailing them but they replied asking me not to as they were very busy!!! What on earth happened to customer service? - I blame :- a) a non- existent business Policy. b) appalling staff at all levels c)Brexit d) Donald Trump Needless to say I renewed with another company.
