Charged me twice when I changed my vechile to a new car on the policy, and a month later after many emails to and frow, no refund.
You cant call them after a month of your policy with is just silly and now a right pain as I can only email and they reply every 2 to 3 days after you email them and they don't sort out your refund.
Will not renew with this company again after several years being with them without a problem.
