I only gave them 1 star as I couldn't leave the actual review if I wanted to put 0 stars! Cancelled our policy stating they had not received our no claims proof despite it being emailed numerous times by myself (the named driver) and the policy holder as we could not upload it on their website directly. They left us unable to use the vehichle as no insurance and charged us a cancellation fee for the priviledge.
Could not speak to an actual person for love nor money despite being "allowed" access to a telephonist for 35 days as our access kept getting denied. One can only assume the telephonists self destruct after this time period!
There is no customer service to speak of, only claims handlers who know nothing or can do nothing. Diabolical service.
