It is absolutely frustrating and ridiculous in that nobody ever seems to answer the phone!! I have tried two different numbers over several days and given up being held permantely in a queue and given up each time. You obviously do not want customer's renewal. It is not a simple as renewing on line as people need to clarify things personally.
God help that I should suffer an accident because I would never get to ever speak to anyone to report it!!
