Lack of ways to contact for any reason what so ever,
- spent hours on the phone after my car was vandalised trying to get intouch for a claim.
- when requesting the cost for court to claim the money back in took them several emails and social media complaints to get a response and it took 6 months to give me that figure meaning it was too late to claim this back through court.
- at inception of my policy I said I did not want a renewal at the end, and still I got one! I was sent an email confirming this with a contact number at the bottom...which I dialled and was by an automated voice that I could not speak to anyone over the phone about this!
