They were the cheapest quote so I tried to buy online, you cannot set up an account without an active policy, so I called them, I was on hold for over half an hour, I tried another 2 times to contact them. In between calls i emailed them asking someone to contact me so I could set the policy up. I had an email back saying that they do not have a call centre and that you can take the policy out online.
How on earth was i on hold for over an hour if they have no call centre ? Why do they have a phone number at all for new policies?
They at no point in the e mail stated how to take the policy out online.
I went with someone else, I think Ive saved myself a massive future headache by avoiding this company.
As they say you get what you pay for.
