The only thing I would change is that, sometimes during the course of the year, it would be helpful to be able to discuss a problem on the telephone eg I was changing car and for some reason the new car was shown to be unacceptable to you although this obviously was not the case and, whilst the problem was resolved very professionally by several e-mails, one short telephone call would have made a great difference and given me immediate peace of mind instead of having protracted correspondence over 2 days whilst I was on holiday as, under no circumstances, did I want to have to leave General Accident.
